In 1996, when Birrificio Lambrate poured its first pint, the business had only three owners and produced just two different beers with its 150 litre capacity brewing equipment. The brewpub only opened on alternate days. Now, the business has five owners and a large staff. It produces many different beers and the latest brewing equipment has a 40 hectolitre capacity. Business owners Alessandra, Fabio, Paolo, Davide and Giampolo each play their own specific role whether in accounting, in the kitchen, running the pubs or brewing our beer!
