We don't pasteurize. We don't filter. We don't ri-ferment in bottle.
Our beer styles are those of the German mark. Low fermentation beers are a vocation. They are like a dutiful tribute to the brewing excellence' tradition. And so we produce helles, pilsner, rauch, Marzen, doppelbock.
Then there are high fermentation ones without which we could not get the great satisfaction of many awards and honors. Here lies our awarded weißbier and more substantial weizenbock. We produce also stout, ale and American pale ale, blanche, and to feed the brewer's creativity we produce beer with honey, "saba" (boiled wort) and cherries, too. Show Less
