I don’t remember exactly which New Zealand hop Chris used in this, but this is a delicious beer. Elements of a Pilsner, but with earthy and lemony hop overtones that balance really well. Super-crisp with very good body. I’d drink this all summer-Thanks!

Dry hopped in the keg. Very pale and clear. Distinct hip flavor, a bit of herbal, hay, grass combo. Finishes with a noticeable bitterness, but not over the top.
