Shuffleboard is a collaboration between LERVIG and UK-based YouTube brewers Bin Day Brewing Co. It’s a cross between a Mexican lager (brewed with maize) and a Japanese lager (brewed with rice), and is one of the crispiest, most drinkable beers we’ve ever made. We also gave it a light dry hop of New Zealand varieties Motueka & Hort9909 (an experimental hop) which lends very subtle tropical and stone fruit characteristics to lagers. It’s brilliant yellow with a fluffy, white head that lingers long after it’s poured into your glass. The bitterness is balanced without any sharp edges, while body is smooth and the finish is clean – inviting sip-after-sip. Read Less

Our collaboration brew with Bin Day Brewing is finally here!

A crisp, refreshing apple pale - perfect for a Summer session. Can't get much better than that.... or can it? We invited Bin Day Brewing down to Somerset to give us a hand with the entire brewing day.

We heated up rocks in a pizza oven to over 500°C and placed them in a barrel mini-mash to boil the malt. We introduced this caramelised mash to a larger portion and added local Somerset apple juice. Why did we do all of this? Well, mainly because it was exciting, but we also had a goal in mind for this special beer.

Bin Day came to us with a plan. A few months prior Robbie had discovered "The UKs best sausage roll" and the world needed a beer to pair with it. Read Less

This East Coast pours bright yellow and hazy, with a light fluffy head. Juicy tropical fruits and tangerine aromas really pop as soon as the can is opened. A very soft and smooth texture, low carbonation enhances the breakfast juice vibes. It’s sweet and juicy flavours dominate along with some under ripe mango and a bit of earthiness as the beer warms up. A rounded bitterness is just enough to balance out the juiciness and creamy texture. Read Less

Pouring a lovely amber and deep orange colour, expect bright aromas of grapefruit rind, pine and orange. Bitter sweet marmalade flavours jump out initially giving way to resiny pine, bright citrus, and a touch of spice. The slight caramelly sweetness from the crystal malts dissipates, finishing with a crisp, pithy and refreshing level of bitterness that keeps it very moreish. A deliciously refreshing hop trip!
