This Collaboration with Crafty Bastard and started with an Amber base wort brewed by Crafty Bastard, and finished by 10 different members of the Blount County Home Brewers. This version is Winter Warmer. I used English Ale yeast, then in secondary fermentation added Jack Daniels oak chips soaked in Bourbon and a pound of Cocoa nibs.
