Ons nieuwste toetje staat in het teken van 2 bonen, de tonkaboon en koffieboon. Tonka heeft een hypnotiserend en diep aroma van vanille, amandel, kaneel en kruidnagel. Herkenbare smaken maar toch uniek door de rijkheid van smaak. Hier hebben we een dik stout recept bij gecreëerd op basis van veel rogge, dat zorgt voor smaken van noten, brood en extra pit. Om het af te maken hebben we een mix van caribische-koffiebonen gevonden met een notig karakter en donkere chocolade tonen. Dik, complex en f*cking lekker zoals je van de Liquid Desserts gewend bent!

Baron leefde in de goede oude tijd waarin mensen zich geen zorgen maakten over calorieën of gluten, maar zich gewoon tegoed deden aan liters bier. En de Bredanaars waren daar kampioenen in, vooral als het ging om de populaire bierstijl tussen de 15e en 17e eeuw; Bredaas Wit!

Dit bier werd niet alleen lokaal gedronken, maar werd volop verscheept vanuit de Bredase haven waar nu onze Big Belly Bar te vinden is! Tijdens een zoektocht naar de geschiedenis van de haven kwamen we dan ook steeds meer informatie tegen over deze bierstijl, die leidde naar een authentiek recept uit de 16e eeuw. Read Less

Fall is here, so we've made a big, dark & delicious LD - just how you like 'em. Our goal was to use as little chocolate nibs as possible, and still get loads of chocolate flavor. A fun challenge, but we still ended up using a shit ton of cacao nibs. Can't get the BIG out of the brand, right? We used loads of chocolate malts and a lot of different types of malts in the same flavor profile. With the addition of 100% bourbon vanilla beans, ceylon cinnamon and a touch of habanero peppers this beer is a perfect dessert after some taco's or beef stew. Cheers! Read Less

The base beer is a rich stout in which we put more than 40kg of Cacao Nibs! We finished it off with marshmallows & a touch of vanilla.

It will be great to drink right now, but even better with a year (or 2?) of bottle aging. Read Less

Creamy, soft, fluffy and BIG, without losing its drinkability. Yep, that’s almost every Liquid Dessert, but this one is so full of oats that it is our new king of fluffiness.

You’ll find flavors of rich ?????? ?, roasted ????????? ? from the malts and a ?????? ? aftertaste from the oats. But, it’s not a banoffee without ?????? ?, so we used a special weizen-yeast at a high temperature to get this flavor going, with a little banana addition to get that lovely subtle banana flavor in the beer.
