On a slow sunday evening shift @In't Nieuw Museum we decided to experiment a bit with beer. Having just read a book about lambic beer and how they blend their young and old lambic to become geuze, the idea was to explore if this could be done with other beer(type)s.
After messing around a little bit we ended up with some more than decent results and continued the journey.
Now almost two years later we have a growing line of blends that we sell @ the restaurant. Show Less
