Benny Boy Brewing

Ben Farber and Chelsey Rosetter founded Benny Boy Brewing with a mission to create an outdoor drinking experience with a strong sense of community, uniting craft beer, cider, and wine lovers in one, fun urban backyard. Ben and Chelsey poured more than five years of extensive research and preparation into this project, learning from the industry’s best all over the U.S., Belgium, U.K., and France. Layered with Ben’s 10+ years spent honing his craft as a brewer (including an apprenticeship at Brouwerij De Ranke in Belgium) and Chelsey’s first-hand industry experience at LA breweries (most recently at Firestone Walker and Los Angeles Ale Works), the husband-wife duo solidified the Benny Boy concept, backed with the knowledge to execute it. Benny Boy Brewing is the culmination of Ben and Chelsey’s combined passions for fermentation, intrepid travels, business, and the camaraderie that comes from a team dedicated to hard work, precision, and drinking holidays. Ben and Chelsey proudly call Los Angeles home and are committed to producing classic, European-inspired beers in addition to rekindling America’s love affair with the nation’s historic drink of choice: hard cider.
