Beer Monkey Brew Co is a Skipton based brewery currently producing, Uncle Monks IPA, Beer Monkey Blonde, Bitter Revival, Evolution Pilsner and bi-monthly seasonals. Beer Monkey Brew Co. was founded in June 2017, with our aim to satisfy the increasing demand for specialist niche cask, keg, can & bottled ales, packed with character, flavour & individuality. Our ales are brewed on an artisan plant and we have the advantage of utilising high quality Yorkshire water sourced from our very own borehole. This gives us the flexibility to create new & exciting beers on a regular basis to a consistently high standard. With a wealth of knowledge, our passionate brewing team ensure that all our beers are brewed with the utmost skill & attention to detail. Strict adherence to process control procedures guarantee excellence every time, which also ensures we achieve the best possible yields in our brew process. Show Less
