He was a lover of great Belgian beers as well as tequila so we felt it fitting to pay him this small tribute. The spiciness of the tequila plays beautifully with the natural phenolic spice of our tripel yeast to make an incredibly complex beer. The wine like nose has hints of grapefruit, spicy oak and cut flowers. The beer is dry with a slightly acidic edge that gives way to caramel malty backbone and long spicy finish. Read Less
