Disigt mörk orange färg, vitt löddrigt flyktigt skum. Fruktig doft, funk. Munkänslan är stilla porlande, krämigt oljig, mjuk. Smak av apelsin, torkad frukt, syrligt, pepprig kryddighet, vinösa inslag (vitt), druvor mot avslutet. Komplex, fruktig, kryddig!

Mir gefällt unsere neue Rezeptur sehr gut, Säure und Salzigkeit sind merklich stärker, dennoch bleibt das Bier spritzig und erfrischend und kaum Trinkwiederstand. Auch die Lagerung im Eichenholzfass hat gut funktioniert und gibt Vanille/Holz rein
