In the past, we’ve made a pear flavored cider. “We’ll, what’s the difference?”, you might be thinking. The difference is, our pear cider starts off with an apple base (just like all of our ciders) then is later flavored with a pear purée after fermentation. A PERRY is made with 100% PEAR JUICE. No other fruits or additives were used to make this.
