Don’t let the color fool you, this is no rose cider. Cab Crush was created by resting 60 gallons of Rhone Dry on 300lbs of pressed Palisade grown Colorado Cabernet Sauvignon grape skins from our neighbor Bookcliff Vineyards. After 3 weeks the cider was racked to separate from the grapes, and fresh apple juice was added for keg conditioning. This experimental cider expresses aromas of blackberry, pomegranate, and violet, further developing on the palate with blueberry and white pepper held together by noticeable grape tannin. Only 12 kegs produced. Read Less
