Didn't really come out a saison, looks like a stout. Lemon and Peppercorn have faded in the bottle. There is a faint taste of rubber.

First attempt. Didn't calculate enough water for the boil. Resulted in 70% boil off resulting in an imperial stout. High alcohol content!
