A double dry-hopped sour New England IPA, brewed with lactose and guava.

Taste: Sweet tropical guava comes front and centre, with a touch of lemon lime margarita following. A gentle sourness is balanced out by the creamy lactose and oat sweetness, and more tropical hoppy characters following. Overall the feeling is of taking a tropical fruit basket of guava, golden kiwi, mango, and citrus, blending them together, and serving in a refreshingly chilled glass. Relax in your hammock and watch the world with this beer by your side.

Appearance: Golden yellow with a brief white head.

Nose: Strong notes of passionfruit and mango, followed by sticky guava and sweet limes. Hints of melon and elderflower follow.

Malts: Pale malt, Flaked wheat, Wheat malt, Flaked spelt, Flaked oats

We first met AF Brew at Borefts Beer Celebration in The Netherlands. They then invited us to head to their festival, Lobotomy Day, in St Petersburg. While we haven’t been able to meet up in person for a while (thanks Covid) we have kept in touch via WhatsApp, and brewed a virtual collab together.

When it came to the beer style we quickly decided on a DIPA.

Best ale malt, wheat and oats make up a velvety smooth malt base for us to load in a heaps of hops in this boisterous DIPA. Galaxy, Citra and Nelson Sauvin shine with punchy dank and fresh cut honey melon aroma whilst bursting with tart gooseberry, juicy blueberry and bright, zesty grapefruit! Read Less

We are Beerbliotek, a Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world.

Brewed in collaboration via Zoom with @afbrew from St Petersburg, Russia. Aroma brings in fresh spruce tips, pine resin, lemon zest and grapefruit mixed with apples, pears and honeydew melon. Ripe sweet plums, melons and peaches rule the palate at first. Followed by intense orange peel and spruce tips resinous bitterness. Delicate dark chocolate and cacao roast in the finish. Каждая пивоварня выбрала своего «персонажа», который должен помочь раскрыть наш подход к формату natural pastry. Ваниль сорта бурбон и обжаренная кокосовая стружка отлично дополнили наш плотный двойной стаут, добавив в него многогранный аромат шоколадного десерта.

Давным-давно в далекой Галактике в самой гуще петербургской Коломны располагалась главная пивоваренная мануфактура города. Исторически район Курляндской улицы был окутан узнаваемыми запахами солода и хмеля. Завод Степана Разина раскинулся на несколько кварталов и был далеко не последним по значимости предприятием города.

Но Старая Республика пала. А на ее руинах создается новая история — новые технологии, методы, стили и форматы. Неизменным осталось поистине пивное предназначение района. И два добрых соседа решили объединиться, чтобы сварить сорт, окутанный флером истории.
