Voilà qui nous rajeunit pas. Mais ça vieillit bien. Très portée sur les fruits jaunes, bien vineuse, une acidité marquée, citronnée, qui décape sans être trop agressive, c'est floral, et un peu croquant. Le temps qui passe lui sied mieux qu'à mézigue.
