Seca, amadeirada e defumada. Um pouco de açúcar mascavo, mas a madeira e o defumado tomam conta do meio para o fim do gole. O retrogosto é só "fumaça". Não consigo imaginar uma bock ou uma rauch muito melhor do que a que a Alenda fez aqui.
