Muted nose with very high effervescence. Very dry with a lot of bubbles and a tart dryness and a hint of funk. Very pleasant and interesting.

Slightly cloudy pour with a hint of tangy sweetness on the nose. Hits the tongue with a semi dry apple blast and just a hint of something else that doesn’t really taste like peach but isn’t unpleasant. Nice but I don’t really pick up the peach.

Hints of pink but not quite a full blush. Nose a little more muted than other offerings. Hints of florality up front with a tangy zing of green apple following up. The wild apple notes are prominent in a pleasant way. Clean finish.

Rose colored pour. High effervescence. Nose has hints of the sumac. Herbal notes are heavy up front in a pleasant way. Almost makes it savory. Dry but balanced. Very interesting and tasty. Minerality is really nice.

Nice nose with a bit of dry apple. Definitely some dry English cider notes with a nice medium body. Pleasant lingering wild apple notes with a very dry, clean finish. Very tasty.

Cap popped and cider pours with high effervescence. Green apple nose with a hint of sweetness. Nice semi dry notes up front. Very clean and straight forward apple character with a nice drinkability. Tangy, dry, refreshing and straight forward.
