Nice pinkish color, some foam, nice bubbles. Amazing fresh wine nose. Layered taste: berries and wine, a little sweet, followed up by the sourness and a touch of bitterness. Quite complex and very refreshing, cannot compare it with anything else. Congrats

Darker pale color. Great foam, quite bubbly. Amazing Belgian flower and fruits nose. Complex taste: ripe fruits, figs, pineapple, some herbs. Quite dry and with a strong bitter finish. Crisp and refreshing. A little boozy for a saison.

Amazing color. Not like the usual kolsch. Orange-pink hazy. Decent foam. Great carbonation. Strong fermented cereals nose. Nice taste, fruity - citrus and melon, a litter sour, with a very strong bitter finish. Quite refreshing and quite complex.
