Unlikely any cider I've had, I can only describe it as having a popcorn taste?! It is quite crisp, dry but sweet, more refreshing than the gold I assume. Very palatable, not vinegary. Like cider champagne because it does have that biscuit note!

Very crisp and hint of it being a cider but it made my parotid glands tense up much like a sour beer. Not as heavy as a sour but it felt good and tasted delicious - Olive & Oak in Hagerstown MD
