2022 rebrew of a sort. Doubled the ingredients, but still only have a 1 gallon bucket, so reduced efficiency. And I forgot to add oats! Still thick and chocolatey, with a hint of peanut.

So very tart, and not very hoppy. A dash of elderflower cordial barely made it drinkable.

Last bottle of this I think. Aged okay I think. Some of the bitterness has gone, but the sourness is not as strong. Not terribly complex despite the age sadly

Exactly the same wort as the last beer, but with yoghurt instead of dry hopping. Look at the colour difference. Super raspberryy.

Foraged plums, apples, and hops from Tottenham Marshes. Wilko's wine yeast. Sour. Almost unbearably so. But actually fruity and sweet. Might add sugar syrup to full drink. Edit: ooh, works well with gin

A spoonful of sugar actually makes this paletable. Oddly doesn't taste of dead yeast despite spending a long time in the bottle.

Absolutely no head retention, but it is fizzy. This has aged up lovely.
