Honey and blackcurrant dominates (very Ribena like) with blackberry. Gooseberry subtle but its tartness is there. Sweet and very smooth, warming. Lovely melomel.

From last night. Incredible mead to start the new year off with. All the berries add tart, tangy and tannic flavours to the sweet honey. Warming booze. Beautiful.
