Doesn't taste like a Christmas ale at all. No spices, or any of your typical Christmas ale flavors. Hoppy, malty character w/barley taste.
Eric is drinking an Old Man Winter Ale by Southern Tier Brewing Company at Leon's Den
A nice old ale. Sweet malt flavor, pine citrus hops give it a nice bitterness. Tastes like an IPA, just not as hoppy and flavorful.
