My fav Gose along with Choc & Martin House. Mild funk & tart, medium salt. Just stunning. Was our southwest trip favorite beer & still is.

Everything was turned up compared to the Anderson valley. Very tart, bigger funk, more salt, cloudy, wheat is more present.

Fruity (strawberryish), herbal, slightly tart, dry straw-taste. Just the right medium carbonation. Would be so refreshing in summer.

Doesn't have the same thick, oaky, complexed characteristics I used to be obsessed over but is a fine imperial with roasted candy sugar.

Good body, subtle astringent ethenol notes. Not to cloying. Roasty toasty beer in a glass.

Damn if this truly isn't the best bomb. The vanilla is strong(love), chili follows, coffee bitter and coco come last. Boozy and perfect.
