Vanilla forward. Slightly spicy. Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies. Surprised the body isn't thicker from the oats. Nice roasty flavors. Subtle coffee. Sweet. Initially boozy, but that settled in as it warmed.

They really do these so well. That granola & vanilla gives it a phenomenal Graham cracker like pie crust like base that really supports the fruit. The acidity is well balanced & cuts the lactose. Viscous body. Slightly mango forward.

There is something really dank about this. The nose is like sizzling sticky cannabis. Crazy tangy. The fruit is sticky & sweet, but it's bitter too. Like orange peel. It's peppery, too. Really interesting & complex.
