Pkg 11.23.23 Some earthy rye and matching hops. Nice malty body. Wanted more ipa definition, this is not as hoppy as I expected, but it is several months old now.

Still some peach and orange but the wave of piney grapefruit takes over quickly. A few oz of spruce infused centennial in this one. Tasty with a nice body despite a simple grain bill of 2-row and golden naked oats.

Has all the right flavors for a proper pils. Maybe a touch heavy body.

I love that the smoke is full and “hammy” but I can still identify a tasty helles. It cleans up well in the finish imho.
