Panil Birrificio Torrechiara

Birrificio Torrechiara Brewery (Panil Torrechiara) is known to be the first brewery in Italy. Out of deep interest and great love for beers, Renzo Losi founded the brewery. After the brewery was established, it began its beer production in 2000. Birrificio Torrechiara Brewery produce spontaneously fermented beers that became known in Italy. The beer Panil became one of its original and popular beers. Panil beer is fermented for fifteen days in stainless steel tanks, followed by second fermentation for ninety days in oak barrels and finished by its final fermentation in the bottle for thirty days.
