A solid Bavarian-styled wheat, this brew had all the requisite characteristics. A light banana and clove aroma, wheaty palate, and fluffy white head make this a decent, but not overly flavorful wheat. Use it to wile away the hot days of summer.

Very pure yeasty, fruity, weisse aroma. Some acidic berries in the flavor along with the classic weisse sweetness, again a very clean and enjoyable taste. Really have to roll the beer on your tongue to bring forth any bitterness. Abit watery palate 2007
