375-flaske som har brukt 25 år på å bli skitten. Tydelig kjeller i nesa, overmoden multe med søtlig funk. Utrolig at den fortsatt har så mye frukt etter så lang tid. Redusert, noe oksidert, noe ost. Likevel en nydelig opplevelse. We're not worthy, Jean!

Light honey, berry and cheesy nose. Pretty overwhelming and much more bitter berry taste. Not off-putting though. Quite cheesy on the taste as well, like a Greek white cheese which is fitting for our location.

Super intense cloudberry aroma plus some dusty and leathery, less intense on palate but still a thing if you think it’s ‘99. Awesome balance between tartness and acidity, maybe sourness goes way over a bit. Heavily longlasting. 4.60
