Lue Gim Gong

Florida’s reputation as a hub for the citrus industry owes much to Lue Gim Gong, a Chinese immigrant and Deland resident whose advances in cross-pollination techniques changed the way Florida’s citrus growers raised their crop. To honor this Floridian pioneer, we cross-pollinate our Invasion Pale Ale with orange peel and white oak to accentuate the beer’s citrus character and add subtle notes of vanilla and coconut.
