Vanilla/bourbon big in the nose, almost dried-fruit malty. Initial bourbon hit in the mouth, gradually goes into gently sweet complex maltiness if, ping and tasty. Lingering vanilla notes. Very nicely put together, good balance between bourbon and malt.
