Steven Sour

This light bodied ale presents a beautiful light amber color with an aroma and flavor that are sure to confuse your senses.  Is it a sour beer? Is it an IPA? Citrusy hops or a touch of fruit?  Let your taste buds decide as they enjoy the clean, crisp body and 85 IBU’s of Apollo, Bravo, and Cascade hops!

As this beer is an IPA, we were looking for a pronounced hop flavor. While we achieved this, the sour character from the passion fruit plays against the bitter flavors, but does not diminish them. The beer is balanced, but the balance point is shifted higher into the spectrum of hop flavor.

Marris Otter, Wheat & Crystal 20L

Apollo, Bravo & Cascade

Cascade
