2016-010-18, 750ml bottled 2012-01-24 from L'Office des Grand Crus, almost 5 years old. Pour golden lightly hazy with a long lasting off-white head. Aroma of barnyard with notes of citrus. Smooth sourness, fruity and woody. Medium carbonation and dry.

Been saving this bottle for almost a decade since I bought it. Held up unbelievably and tastes about as good as a gueuze can get. Lots of minerals, funk and subtle tartness.
