A golden ale is a delicate balance of malt and hops.

To achieve this perfect balance, the ratio of malt and hops in the Golden Number Ale recipe is based upon the actual golden number, the Fibonacci Sequence, or Phi as the Greeks knew it.

This number’s pervasive appearance throughout nature creates a sense of balance, harmony and beauty in art, architecture, composition, space – and now beer!
