Can definitely smell the chocolate and the fresh raspberry comes in when drinking it. Very good!

Not sure I'd get much character of a Scottish ale, drinks nice and easy with mild flavours all around

This was a very unique beer. Appearance: Dark brown/black. Aroma: Sourness initially then hints of dark chocolate. Taste: Tart sour with cherry on front end. Bitter/dark chocolate on back end. It’s basically a sour stout.

Love the nose. But otherwise it has become a homebrew wine; in taste. Nice, but definitely on its way out.

Whoa, sour stout really pops! The barrel aging makes it burn, but the sour is a nice break in the heat. Via Matt N. From the source. Cellar series #6 bottle 1298

Still a unique and flavorful ride. Brought from the source, waiting for the last part of the last dance with the bro’s. Day 59

It’s like two different beers - a tart/sour at the front and a dry Irish stout at the back. I didn’t remember this from a few years ago.
